There are two basement in Cincinnati, the ones that have leaked and the ones that will leak someday

Hey guess what if we haven't had rain in 2 months and we did your inspection 1 month ago And then last week we had floods your basement's probably going to leak remember when a home inspection is completed it's a snapshot in time at the time of the inspection we cannot predict the future. If cracks in the foundation are pointed out that they need to be sealed or repaired and they're not done Don't come complaining when it leaks
